Sponsoring an Aids Patient
Jim Marko, former Associate Director of Community Research
Initiative of New England (CRINE) was one of our initial contributors,
donating two bags of cans. Cans for Charity is now working to raise
funds for CRINE, which has been involved in AIDS research for nearly 15
years and considered early pioneers in both research and service
coordination.
CRINE is a non-profit HIV/AIDS research organization
dedicated to improving the lives of people living with AIDS by publicizing new
treatment options, facilitating access to life-prolonging medications, and
uncovering community resources. They have been instrumental in helping
Boston-area AIDS patients and their families cope with this devastating disease.
We are proud to support CRINE in their efforts to help
researchers, health care professionals and patients.
